I know it’s his nickname — but Action Dan refers to the legendary hand 10-3 (preferrably off suit) that’s seen as the absolute pre-flop nuts in No Limit Hold’em by expert players all around the world who understand Aces are way too easily crackable.

Action Dan plays more subtle — allows for easier mucks when it happens to get outdrawn, and basicly has the same nutty taste as the aces.

Playing Action Dan requires skill, experience and cojones.
